Design Mockups:
an explanation of design mockups
Please note that these designs are only pictures of web sites. Therefore, there is no interaction at this moment and you are only viewing concepts for your new web site.
These concepts are meant for viewing in 1024 x 768 monitor resolution (please ask me if you have questions about resolution as it's important that you view them at this resolution or you may not see the designs in their entirety).
Finally, our process is such that we will first develop the overall look and feel of your website using your home page to establish the concept. Once we have completed the review and refinement stage on the home page layout, we will move on to the matching interior page layout, which is typically a more flexible layout, accommodating more content than the home page. After we've finalized the interior layou, we will begin developing the website.
If you have any questions about the items discussed above please do not hesitate to ask!

It’s important to remember that because this is just a mockup, it does not yet have any functionality (you can’t click anything, the sliders don’t work, etc.). Please see the above notes for an explanation of eventual functionality to be incorporated into your site.
If you may notice I’ve used filler text (“Lorem ipsum...”) to represent content of your creation; when creating content for these areas, it’s important to keep in mind the space allotted as a large difference in the amount of text featured could affect the design.
Once you take a look, please put together a list of revisions you'd like to make to the design and email them to your designer, so we can get the full benefit from each round of revisions.
If you have any questions or concerns, be sure to clarify them with us; this helps ensure we're all on the same page and helps us deliver exactly what you need for your website to be as successful as possible!
